Big Brother Nigeria season 7 auditions begin

Big Brother Naija, one of the most popular reality television programs on the African continent, is now accepting applications for its seventh season.
The show, which has produced winners such as Mercy Eke (season 4), Laycon (season 5), and Whitemoney (season 6), has commenced season 7 auditions.On Sunday, this
was announced on Sunday on the official Instagram page for BBNaija.
The advertisement stated, “Biggie is calling you back home. Season 7 auditions for #BBNaija are now open.”Are you the following: Efe, Mercy, Laycon, or Whitemoney?” This is your opportunity to show Biggie who you are. “To apply as competitors, contestants must visit the official Big Brother Naija website.

BBNaija is arguably the most popular reality program in the country, with a number of its contestants becoming famous.

Katung Aduwak, a scriptwriter and production assistant, won the inaugural season of the reality show in 2006, taking home the main prize of $100,000. On January 22, 2017, the second season (See Gobe) of the show began after an absence of eleven years. This season was ultimately won by Efe Ejeba, a rapper from Warri, Delta State, who was awarded N25 million.

In 2018, the third season (Double Wahala) commenced, and Miracle Igbokwe was crowned champion. Igbokwe received N25 million, a brand-new Hyundai Tuscon SUV, N3 million worth of home equipment, a trip to an exotic place for two, and a year’s supply of Pepsi and Aquafina water.
Mercy Eke, a video vixen and entrepreneur, won the 2019 season titled “Pepper Dem” and received N30 million, an Innoson SUV said to be worth N25 million, a vacation to Dubai, and other prizes.
The fifth season of the show was staged in 2020 during the COVID-19 epidemic and was appropriately dubbed the “Lockdown Edition.” Another rapper and University of Lagos graduate, Olamilekan Agbeleshe, aka Laycon, won the competition and received N30 million, an Innoson Motors SUV worth N30 million, a two-bedroom condominium, and a vacation to Dublin, Ireland, among other prizes.
Whitemoney won the previous competition in 2021 and received N90m in rewards.
