BREAKING: Roundnews postpones African Student Entrepreneurs Summit, announces new date

The convener of the African Student Entrepreneurs Summit 2020, Roundnews, have postponed the summit to a new date.

The summit which is tagged “African Entrepreneurs and their impact in the development of the African continent”, was slated to hold on 22nd -24th June.

According to Roundnews Managing Director,Caleb Ijioma, he said,

” it was important that we postpone because of the need to prepare more and inform applicants accordingly through their various email address. We however apologise for any inconvenience this will cost”

“We will ensure that selected applicants will get the best out of this summit from Facilitators in different African countries who are excelling in their various fields.”

“The summit will now hold on the 29th of June and end on the first of July, 2020; successful applicants will be informed via their email address.”

The summit will now hold from 29th to 1st July, 2020.

The guest speakers are professionals in their various fields and are doing so well to affect their present country positively. They include:

Mr lekan Otufodunrin (NIGERIA)-
journalist and media career development specialist. He will be speaking on the topic “The media, a panacea to sustainable Business Development in Africa”

Samuel Boco (ANGOLA)- Literacy Teacher and Environmentalist. He’ll be speaking on the topic “Influencing your environment with your entrepreneurial skill”

Vivian Onano (KENYA) – Founder/Director at Leading Light Initiative and Youth Advisor at Global Education Monitoring Report, UNESCO. She’ll be speaking on the topic “Re-defining Africa’s growth and development through students Entrepreneurs”

Turamuhawe Christine (UGANDA)- Managing Director of Cjay Home solutions and founder of Malaika cares foundation. She’ll be speaking on the topic “Excelling as an entrepreneur in a gender based environment.”

According to Caleb, the summit is going to hold via Zoom for the first and second day and the third day, a closed whatsapp group.
