Ondo Guber: Aspirants Who Depend On ‘Juju’ Would Be Disappointed – APC Chairman

Ahead of Saturday’s All Progressives Congress ( APC) governorship primary election in Ondo State, the Chairman of the Election Committee, Abubakar Badaru has told aspirants seeking the party’s ticket not to dare him.

The Jigawa state governor said he would not allow anybody to belittle him in any way, adding that aspirants who depend on the using mystical powers (juju) would be disappointed during the primary election.

It will be recalled that the party’s state secretariat in Akure was turned into a shrine on Tuesday.

Aggrieved members of the party locked up the entrance of the building and placed fetish objects at the gate.

Badaru said he is not afraid of charms and will conduct the Ondo APC primary election transparently.

He stated this while briefing newsmen in Abuja after being sworn in as the Chairman of APC Ondo Primary Election Committee.

The five-member election committee is chaired by Badaru with other members include: Dr. Bruce Ugbode (Secretary), Hon. Hamma Adama Ali, Prince M. Martins and Mohammed Lawal.
